Airport Shuttle Service

Shuttle service is available from the airport to downtown hotels. For fares and pick up information, contact them directly at +1 (866) 596-2699 or +1 (504) 522-3500. To obtain PMA's Fresh Summit discount click here to make your reservation online.

Taxi service

Contact United Cabs, Inc. directly at +1 (504) 522-9771. Call them directly for pick-up service and fare information. Taxis are required to offer a credit card payment option.

Regional Transit

The Airport-Downtown Express proves service from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport in Kenner, down Airline Drive into New Orleans. Click here for more information.

Fresh Summit Shuttle Buses

Buses will run between most of the official convention hotels and the Ernst N. Morial Convention Center. To find the shuttle bus pickup location at your hotel, ask the concierge or bell captain. For official evening receptions, the buses will go directly to the hotel in which the function is scheduled.

Friday, October 18 6:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 19 6:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Sunday, October 20 6:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
