Videos should be informal, using a flip camera or smart phone. Videos should feature one person (can feature two people at a time) but each person should be looking at and speaking directly to the camera. People should be standing.

The person being filmed should not respond to questions off camera. Instead they should know in advance the question they will answer, and repeat the question in their response, i.e. if you are asked: "What do you see as the biggest trends in the food industry today?" Start your video by saying, "The biggest trend in the food industry is ..." They can also introduce themselves in the video.

People should feel welcome to adapt to fit their comfort style and definitely add their own personality to the video. It's fine to have fun with these.

Location: Filming in an environment is good, i.e. in a field, supermarket, kitchen or restaurant. Because these won't be professionally-produced, please try to be mindful of background noise so the video can be heard by viewers.

Attire: Again, because these are informal, we are not requiring any standards here. Feel free to wear company-sponsored attire.

Length: Videos should be no more than 60-90 seconds long.

Other Information: Please provide person's name, title, company and location so we can also add this as a tag to the video. They are welcome to introduce themselves in the video as well.
